    Welcome Home is your monthly chance to hit reset and return to yourself. A moment to slow down and listen to your own voice - to reflect on where you are and where you want to go. A chance to tune into yourself and align your life with your own idea of happiness, rather than follow the path you think you "should" go down.

    You can expect writing, movement, painting, collaging and so much more. Most rituals require minimal materials, and I do my best to make them adaptable to many circumstances.
